We offer remote support (we have a commercial TeamViewer licence) and physical onsite help.
The majority of our customers’ computer “MOTs” are carried out remotely starting at a cost of just £25.
When time allows, we can collect and deliver machines to local users.
As well as the standard computer-related services, we also offer broadband, wireless, telephone system and CCTV installations.
Virus & Spyware removal
Viruses and spyware are an irritating and sometimes harmful by-product of using the Internet. We can remove ‘bugs’ and advise how you can protect yourself in future.
Broadband & Wireless Installation
If you are having problems or need help installing a broadband/wireless network (including printing) in the home or office, we can help.
Data Recovery
We offer a data recovery service from corrupt hard disk drives and retrieval of information from locked out Windows login profiles.
PCs supplied to order
Whatever your PC requirements, we offer advice to help you buy the correct machine to meet your needs. Custom-built computers, new brand name PCs and decent, second-hand, fully warranteed equipment are all options.
